WP8 - Management
The overall objective of this work package is to ensure the smooth and efficient co-ordination of the various research activities under the ADVANCE project. In particular, it will:
- Prepare and ensure the maintenance of the Consortium Agreement
- Ensure that all partner contributions are well integrated and coordinated, and that EC deliverables are produced in a timely manner
- Ensure that all EC deliverables and project products meet scientific quality standards
- Supervise the organisation and implementation of the planned project events
- Establish a contact point with the Commission
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations of the European Commission, including the knowledge management issues
